What is the Habitarium?

Introduction
The Habitarium is a place much like a fish tank but here we raise petpetpets ... referred in the game as 3Ps.The 3ps all live, work, gather resources, build structures and fight enemies as well as go on raids.
Much like a AOE game :P

Why Play this ?
Well as the game advances you recieve rewards, neopoints & also because its easy neopoints with alot of fun

Getting Started
In the Beginning you will be asked to choose a habitarium from 3 types. Choose carefully because it will be permanent. They are all the same other then the fact of how they look. Then Prof. Milton would help you withe the rest.

Habitarium Petpetpet Strategies!

Try to stick to one Petpetpet species! Unless you would rather have a variety of Petpetpets out on your Habitarium farm, it might prove to be easier to manage with just a single Petpetpet species. By this I don’t mean the Petpetpet type (Soldier/Worker/Nester), what I’m referring to is to the Mootix/Larnikin/Pinchit species. This is more easily achievable during the higher levels. As always, do also keep in mind that workers yield the most EXP per second - so if you're still undecided as to whether or not to focus on harvesting or nesting, I would suggest sticking to majority of your farm to hold workers, and only a handful of Soldiers/Nesters - possibly 3-5 of each depending on your style of play. Additionally, my recommendation would be to upgrade your Petpetpets soon as you are allowed to. Although yes, it is a very minor increase in their attributes, it is a worthwhile investment in the long run. They stay upgraded as long as you’re using the same Petpetpet species so once you’ve upgraded them for the first time, rest assured, they’ll forever stay at that upgrade level!

Habitarium Resource Spending

As far as I know, building nests will yield you the best resource to EXP ratio (0.0833 EXP per resource). Plus, once you have the nests built, they give EVEN BETTER ratios when you upgrade them (0.1111 EXP per resource). Out of my own convenience, I usually just upgrade my nests all the way to level 3 but this is of course up to you, whatever suits your playing style. You could keep buying and discarding level 1 nests if you feel that’s more comfortable for you, or you could just upgrade them to level 2 before discarding them as well.

Unless you’re really lazy and choose to waste resources, purchasing and upgrading barracks is probably the fastest way to get rid of your resources, but keep in mind, this isn’t the best way to spend your resources!

Habitarium Buildings Organization

If you are organized and want to keep track of which buildings are at which particular level, you can purchase 3 different types of ink: Blue, Red, and Yellow. Then to keep track of level 1 buildings, you could, say, keep them at their natural color. For level 2 buildings, you could label them with Yellow ink, level 3 buildings with Red ink, and for when new building levels are released, you could start using Blue ink for level 4s, and then hope that TNT will also release a more varied set of ink colors for us to use. Alternatively, you could come up with your own system, for example: Natural colors for level 1-2s, Yellow ink for level 3-4s, Red ink for level 5-7s, Blue ink for level 8-10s – whatever strategy you feel most comfortable with. And again, this is totally optional but it’s great for keeping everything organized in case who knows how TNT might plan to change the game later on and this might prove to become a useful asset for you.

Habitarium Glitch - Extra NPS!

When you're level 50 and you get purple gems, sometimes (not every time) when you spam click the purple gem, the '+500 nps' that appears next to your experience bar will flash more than once, like another '+500 nps' will shadow the first '+500 nps.' This will also give you more nps (usually 1000 nps). I have confirmed this with my own habi, and this glitch has gone unfixed for a while.

This glitch can net you more than the traditional 150k nps a day by leaving the habi window open, and if successfully done you can probably get around 200k.

Habitarium Tips

At grade 50 (current max level), for every 1000 XP, we get a worth
Leaving my PC/laptop on for 14 hours a day, profits from me round 105K.
Always click on all and BEFORE refreshing the gamepage, to bypass lockout.
Keep your Habitarium running on another window or tab.
IF you're going to depart your computer on all evening:
ensure all auto revisions and any thing else that might need an auto restart are turned OFF.

grade up much quicker or maximize earnings at Level 50:

Remember to improvement your P3s when it's become available to make them more effective.
Upgrades will be available when you come to grades 11 and 31
You only need to upgrade one of each kind (Soldier, Nester, & Worker) to upgrade them all.

To understand your P3s current Level:

A grade 3 employee profits from 300 XP an hour.
A grade 3 Nester (w/ a grade 3 Nest) can fully incubate an Egg in 50 minutes.
fundamentally, it's best to have more employees than Nesters.

I opted to have: 3 Soldiers, 3 Nesters, and 39-40 Workers;
with this easy layout.

ascertain every 50 mins for the Nesters.
Let your Soldiers rest, at smallest every 6-6.5 hours.
And your Workers, at smallest every 7.5 hours.
Let them rest in Houses / clinics instead of trashing assets on nourishment items.
Refresh the sheet to make certain your P3s are inside.

Nesters harvest 4 times slower than employees, so it's best to just let them Nest (incubate Eggs).
one time you've placed your Nesters in their Nests, refresh the sheet to make certain that they're still in the Nests.

I occasionally have one open slot so I can reject ( per Egg) the non-Worker Eggs exactly from the Nests.

Leaving enough, in my bag, to refill my P3s for 2-3 weeks.

If you can check them every 50 mins, you could have 3-4 and be fine in getting enough employee eggs to repopulate.
If not, boost your Nesters (just to double-check you'd have sufficient additional eggs to repopulate your Habitarium) ^___^

employees can do almost everything: construct / fix / battle / yield.
It's best to just let them Harvest.
The only ones worth harvesting are: timber, pebble, and Mud.
Enclose them in their respective resources to defend both your employees and your resources.
place proposals here: Layout Screenie

fighters can't yield nor incubate Eggs.
It's best to let only your fighters do the other jobs.
They battle Pests; per
To appeal Pests, put a nourishment piece in your Habitarium.
Enclose the nourishment item so you won't have to buy another. proposal here: Layout Screenie

I also make them construct and repair organisations ( per P3 fixing a structure, per level of decay).

I construct (), and upgrade (+300XP per improvement; up to grade 3) as numerous Nests as I can.
Upgrading Nests to Level 2 becomes accessible at Level 17; Level 3 at grade 40.

Dragging them in my Item bag, then discarding (no XP) them after the upgrades.

I try not to have too numerous items in my bag, to avoid being locked-out of my Habi.

Help your friends and get 50XP (per friend):

Can only help out once every 24 hours.
You'll get the XPs when the game revisions.
Refresh the gamepage to see your other associates.

I'd propose doing the 3rd choice since it's the most helpful for every person ^___^

For those who are levelling up (below Level 50):
gaze for 'Gifting' threads in the Habitarium board.
They are kind Neopians eager to share their resources to those who desires them.
Read their first post for directions; then inquire for an piece, politely.
If you don't need anything exact, I'd advice inquiring for a Nest since it's the cheapest one to buy and improvement.
Why inquire for an item? If you get an item, you can get additional XP for building and/or upgrading it.

My Habitarium:
I'd propose surrounding your P3s in their respective resource tiles.
Put a Dandelion Fluff kernel (or any decor) on TOP of your P3s so Pests wouldn't be adept to get in with them.
any thing they assemble would automatically go to the Storages.
Don't impede the Storages so your Soldiers can effortlessly fix them.

Less lag (less animation)
Protection for both P3s and assets.
Minimal monitoring.
More space for the gems to land on.

Try this guide for comprehensive info on how to strategically arrange your decors.

alternate Set-up: (with 3 Nesters, 3 Soldiers, and 40 Workers)

Top outlook of enclosing a P3 with a resource tile:

select any Building/Decor to impede.
Put a Dandelion Fluff kernel (or any decor) on TOP of your P3s so Pests wouldn't be adept to get in with them.

Frequently Asked inquiries:

I have Seedling Grove too, why do you have a larger Habitarium?
It appears to be a glitch on my Habi.
I have 6 additional spaces (on the edge where I have my employees harvesting).
express gratitude you for the neomails telling me about it! ^___^

Why 7 Storages in the field?
If I'm too engaged to ascertain my Habi hourly (for the Nesters), I can check back every 6 hours and the Storages wouldn't be full yet.
Anything more would be a waste of space (for the gems).

Do you only have 7 Storages?
Nope. I have other full grade 3 Storages in my piece Bag for future use.
If TNT increases the max grade, I'll be using them to grade up faster.

How often do you buy/build/upgrade Nests?
perfectly, everytime I check the Nesters.
I do them 3 at-a-time (one Nest to construct per Soldier).

Why buy/construct/upgrade Nests rather than of the other structures?
It's the cheapest one (best allocation of resources).

Is it really factual if you impede your employees in, they can still put the resources in the Storage?
Yes, it's really true ^__^

How long did it take you to reach grade 50?
14 days (10-14 hours per day only)

How much do you profit from a day?
Depends on how long I can leave my computer on.
generally around 105K in 14 hours.

Do you depart your Habitarium on when you doze?
regrettably, I don't believe my computer/laptop can handle it.
Before going to bed, I put all my non-Nester P3s in the dwellings and Barracks.
Refreshing the page to make certain they're all inside.

Will the P3s hold on working if you turn off your computer?
They would only work for a short time, then stop.
If you're going to be gone for hours, it's better to put your P3s interior the dwellings / Hospitals / Barracks.
That way, when you arrive back they will be completely rested.

How can I reduce the lag?
apart from fencing in your P3s, try Nailguard's Habi-Lag Guide for other ways.

My Habitarium won't burden. What should I do?
You're probably locked out.. Try this guide on what to do.
For those who have been locked out for awhile, keep on checking your Habi.
A ally got her Habi randomly unlocked (w/out notification). ^___^
